What this policy will state
- Eligibility criteria and the admissions process, published rather than undisclosed, per the site's own screening standard.
- Fees, what is included, and GST treatment.
- The refund, deferral and transfer policy, including the case where a contributing organisation withdraws its problem mid-cohort. See the refund and cancellation policy for the full statement.
- An explicit statement that no certificate, accreditation or qualification is issued, and no employment or placement outcome is implied.
- The dual-payment commercial arrangement, cross-referenced from how we are paid.
- What a participant may and may not display from their output, cross-referenced from the confidentiality and IP statement.
- Any eligibility conditions relating to residency or work-pass status for non-resident participants, pending counsel's opinion on employment and traineeship exposure.
