What this policy will state
- What personal data is collected across the three intake forms (partner submission, participant application, mentor expression of interest), and the stated purpose for each field.
- The named Data Protection Officer and published contact details, as required under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
- Documented retention periods per data category, including the distinct, longer retention that applies to commercially sensitive partner problem submissions.
- How marketing consent is captured, a separately worded, unticked opt-in distinct from any required acknowledgement, and how it can be withdrawn.
- A functioning consent withdrawal mechanism, and the response time for a withdrawal request.
- Where data is stored, and the security measures applied, including encryption at rest for partner submission data.
