Refund and cancellation policy

What this policy will state
- The standard refund window and conditions before a cohort starts.
- Deferral and transfer terms once a cohort has started.
- The partner-withdrawal case, specific to this model and not covered by a standard course refund policy: what happens to a participant's fee and placement if the contributing organisation withdraws its problem mid-cohort.
- Cancellation terms if Praxora Lab cancels a cohort, for example where enrolment or problem supply does not reach a viable threshold.
This policy must be drafted and published before any fee is taken from a participant.
